Construction & Features
Base frame:
- Standard base frame is manufactured from 18g (1.2mm) thick galvanized sheet steel. Joints are welded and protected by heat resistant anti-corrosive aluminium paint coating. Standard frame size is 125mm depth and flange height of 25mm. Optional
- frame sheet materials, sheet gauges and flange heights are available upon request I.e., Aluminium, Stainless steel 304 / 316L.
- Standard blades are of single skin Aero foil construction, manufactured from 18g(1.2mm) thick galvanized steel sheet. Blades are coupled with external concealed link-age and are provided for either parallel or opposed blade mode of operation.
- Optional single skin and double skin Aero foil blade profiles in either as galvanized steel,stainless steel and extruded aluminium are also available upon request.

- Protection: IP 20 / IP 54 / IP66 / IP67 / Ex Proof
- Optional: With integrated Auxiliary switches / Position Indicator.
- Feedback and Control: Open or Close Feedbacks / Modulation control by Voltage input/positioning feedback Belimo / Siemens /Honeywell / as per client requirement.
- Make: Optional specialized actuators and additional controls can also to be provided upon request.
